Next EIS investment opportunity: March - Climate Change EIS fund

The next opportunity for investors to join our award winning EIS fund is now open.

The fund will aim to deploy investors into a portfolio of 6 high growth potential companies that are combating climate change this tax year.

With the changes in the Autumn budget we are expecting strong levels of demand and likely to fill capacity. If you are interested please register your interest below.

Completion date for SEIS fund 1 nears

Following the launch of OnePlanetCapital's inaugural SEIS fund in July 2024, we are now nearing completion and full deployment of this fund with over 10 companies invested to date. Investments have included companies such as Agreka Build, Deep Blue Biotech and Anzen Walls.

We have been delighted with the progress and calibre of companies.

Portfolio news - GT Wings secures new funding and exposure on BBC

Great news for GT Wings as they announce £1m of new funding led by Blackfinch Ventures with support from Sustainable Times and One Planet Capital.

GT Wings is at an exciting stage of development with the installation of its inaugural wing with Carisbrooke Shipping Ltd. 

Subsequent to the investment round, GT Wings hosted the visit of Maritime Minister Mike Kane who said: "Maritime is one of the hardest areas to decarbonise and that's why I am here today to say that it can be done."

OnePlanetCapital secures fund labelling

We are delighted to announce that OnePlanetCapital Climate Change EIS fund carries the label 'Sustainable Impact' and the OnePlanetCapital Climate Change SEIS fund the label 'Sustainable Focus'.

The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has introduced Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR) and investment labels to help consumers make informed decisions about sustainable investments and prevent greenwashing.
